Lack of work ethics. Manager doesn't care about benefiting walmart.. they are just busy pleasing their seniors. Most often we were doing task which is totally useless from Company point of view but asking question were discouraged.

I like the free food.. increased 15 kgs and good amount of cholestrol in 3 years.

Dislikes

The managers, directors are not fit to be in that position. They do not have anh knowledge about the industry or the product . (SAP) . Especially the architects. I am not sure how a huge bunch of people are stupids like this.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
