I am working here from previous 1.5 year and my experience has been pretty good with the management and colleagues. I have learnt a lot here and really recommend to work here if you want to learn and grow in your life.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike in the company except the amount of time I spend here. I think it can be better if the employees receive some offs to balance their work and personal life. Also it would be better for effective result in working as the employee can calm their mind and rest at home.

I am very disappointed with this company as it is not trustworthy and no employee can have a safe career. I have given 2.5 years in the company and I feel that there is no growth in the company. The management is worse here and the HR department is irresponsible and does not listen to the employees and never think of their well being. This company forces employees to work 10 hours which is illegal as per norms and they give mental pressure to the employee. They are not running a company, they are running a factory where you will be treated like a slave who only will work on instructions of the management.
