I am very disappointed with this company as it is not trustworthy and no employee can have a safe career. I have given 2.5 years in the company and I feel that there is no growth in the company. The management is worse here and the HR department is irresponsible and does not listen to the employees and never think of their well being. This company forces employees to work 10 hours which is illegal as per norms and they give mental pressure to the employee. They are not running a company, they are running a factory where you will be treated like a slave who only will work on instructions of the management. If anyone decides to join the company then he/she will be responsible for spoiling their future....Read More

There is nothing to like about the company because the company owners do not know how to treat with their employees.

Dislikes

The company owners do not have humanity. Also, the management is not good to handle the problems of employees. In fact, one of the owners of the company told me to leave the job in the middle of my work just because I have applied for holidays. I worked for 4 persons in the content department for 1 year. Instead of all this, there is no job security in the company.
