Too many things, first of all, the management was worst I ever seen, they literally don't know how to manage employees, there will be some rules like we can't stand or speak, it was like school culture man. Dislikes

As it is in the early stages, dependencies on other departments is very high. This should be fixed soon, as the team is setting up all departments in house and rapidly establishing its own culture of operating.
