Well this is my first company, I have started my career from this only, at first the company culture and everything is good, I just only have gratitude, since it was my first company.

Too many things, first of all, the management was worst I ever seen, they literally don't know how to manage employees, there will be some rules like we can't stand or speak, it was like school culture man. Even if we get to performer continuously also we won't get any personal recommendation from them

My experience with VXI has been incredibly rewarding, thanks to the continues support and feedback of my seniors and colleagues. After 11 months, I transitioned to the roll of IT Desktop Associate through IJP. This opportunity has allowed me to take on new challenges, grow professionally and further develop my skills within the company.

There may be certain things you may or may not agree with but once there is someone with you with whom you can discuss to analyse the work is what I like my point I want to keep in this section is disliking a part where all handle individually.

It is an upcoming company, with a goal and hunger to reach at the top. The clarity with which executive leadership operates this goal is not too far.

As it is in the early stages, dependencies on other departments is very high. This should be fixed soon, as the team is setting up all departments in house and rapidly establishing its own culture of operating.

One of the worst company i have everseen the manager was worst if we inform to management they will blindly say we will take care of it but no one will care i suggest to jobseekers do not go for interview if you go for interview also they will take a lomg time and they will dont care weather you have done your lunch or not they justdo timepass and they will send you out and they will tell we will get back to you. Working in ZOMOATO OR SWIGGY is better then VXI. Many to say there is no proper communication with HRs or with Managers and they force us to do the OTs without our consent and won't provide any leaves though. And as for promotions they will hire someone from outside than promoting us. It's the worse company and we don't have outlook access we can't even send a mail regarding resignation or any complaints all we can do is abscond since the company don't accept resignations...Read More
