You need to be motivated towards the challenges during the work, This will keep you calm and help to generate the best performance rather than finding dislike's.

Work policy: It's depends on work requirements and your presence need in office. If the work can balance from home and same output is coming, you may continue to WFH.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
