Work culture . Top management is very rude . And they can abuse/sought to engineer, and Leads. Forget about POSH Policy here. - Work life balance. It's NOT 9 to 5 job. It is a 24 hour job. I am talking for embedded software developer role. - Need to travel lots. And they will give you sharing accommodation of their own guest house. Which very bad situation, No hygiene. - No health Insurance benifits from the company. Health insurance will deduct from the salary. - No deewali/Annual bonus. Not even Single son-papdi box on the occasion of Diwali. - you need to fight for leave - current month salary will credit on 5th day of next month .(Not month end)....Read More

I joined this company in dec 2021 and it was biggest mistake of my life . Here I had to report puneet , Vivek , my boss , production VP , M K gupta who is the father in Law of puneet . I mean for a single work you had to report everyone and they create a tremendous pressure on me to complete a new plant proejct which was pending from last 1 yr in a 1 month . . M K gupta who was retired from govt job and joined this company for time pass . I have to inform him ki aaj kitne security guard aaye hai kaun nhi aaya .. 😂😂 kitne truck mall aaya hai kitna gya hai . I mean jo mera kaam nhi tha wo bhi update kro unko .. uske baad Bani singh Who is uncle of Bhupi Ex CEO of this company ... He rarely 10th pass but predent like he was graduated from howard . .. there is no standard of work in this company . Everyone is chorr. .. so I personally suggest everyone . Don't join this company at any cost . Notice period is of 3 months but when they hire you they will expect that you join them in 15 days ....Read More
