Good projects for the most part. If you're a fresher then you'll learn a lot. Hikea are decent mostly.

Dislikes

Chennai location is not good, there's no breakfast and dinner. Work life balance can take a hit. If you're from South then Join kochi or from North then join Ahmedabad.

Although there are a lot of cons, it can be quite a learning area for freshers if they do not consider the salary/hike, travels and work-life balance as a priority.

Dislikes

All freshers have a bond for 3 years. Yearly hike would be too low since there is a bond and it would not be based on your performance mostly. Lunch would be available on payment but that would be of the worst quality although mostly hygienic but not worth it. While on project, you would be asked to go to Manesar out of the blue during bring up and production which you cannot refuse mostly if you aren't willing to. The temperature would be at the extremes and the stay and food is no good there and no amenities would be provided to make employees comfortable for working at such temperatures. You would have to work day and night for months, finish the job and then only come back. Most people fall sick there but they haven't done anything for the employees yet. Chennai work location timing was quite flexible but you would be pushed to work on weekends now and then. The management always commits to a very short deadline, allot a small team and with limited equipments the team has to work with such work-life balance and sudden travels to get laid off on spot one fine day. Their aim would be to hire 1L employees in the next 5 years but when they're short of cash to provide hike/salary to employees they fire in bulk.
