The company is open to innovation and works on latest technologies and interfaces like NB-IOT, Ethernet, PCI, Thermal imaging, BLE 5.0, Wi-Fi(2.4GHz and 5GHz) LVDS and MIPI etc. In VVDN I have worked on both latest micro-controller and micro-processor design. Their are a lot of learnign opportunity especially for freshers. The working culture is excelent and colleges as well as seniors are very interractive and helpful especially in Hardware departement. In VVDN engineers are involved at very early stage of the project till the delevery of prototype to the customer. So, we have very sound knowledge of project life cycle. Also, we directly interract with the clients for the better understanding of the requirements of project as well as to discuss the challanges and their solutions in the implementation of the same at different stages of the project....Read More

Dislikes

Conpenaation is very poor but growth is excellent. The time lines of the projects are very tight so there is always work pressure. Management is very bad. There is option of work from home but getting it approved from managers is very tought.

Work Details

I am responsible for Drafting technical documents like PRD, HDD, DVT and other test report. Component selection, Power requirement analysis, Schematic drafting, layout review, board bring-up and debugging etc.
