The salary of those employees who don't earn anything is also good People who are working for 4 years, their salary is 15 or 16 thousand rupees and people who are working for 2 years, their salary is 20,000 rupees in hand

The only good thing is they say yes to everything whatever any client gives to them (makes you push your limits by yourself to make the request personal and work on it). And they are busy being pretty on social media.

The office culture is not that professional. They lack management skills and Clint handling. Everyone has been loaded with work hence they do not have time or bandwidth to lean towards the team improvement. Whatever comes from the client goes directly unfiltered to the end resource no management person filters or takes a stand. Appreciate is everyone's Failure is yours.

I joined this company in dec 2021 and it was biggest mistake of my life . Here I had to report puneet , Vivek , my boss , production VP , M K gupta who is the father in Law of puneet . I mean for a single work you had to report everyone and they create a tremendous pressure on me to complete a new plant proejct which was pending from last 1 yr in a 1 month . . M K gupta who was retired from govt job and joined this company for time pass . I have to inform him ki aaj kitne security guard aaye hai kaun nhi aaya .. 😂😂 kitne truck mall aaya hai kitna gya hai . I mean jo mera kaam nhi tha wo bhi update kro unko .. uske baad Bani singh Who is uncle of Bhupi Ex CEO of this company ... He rarely 10th pass but predent like he was graduated from howard . .. there is no standard of work in this company . Everyone is chorr. .. so I personally suggest everyone . Don't join this company at any cost . Notice period is of 3 months but when they hire you they will expect that you join them in 15 days ....Read More
