Most unprofessional company. They fire employees within one day without any notice period. Worst work environment. Does not recognize your work. Not give the leaves whenever required. If you take paid leaves, they will work on the Saturday and Sunday.no Appraisals. No job security.

Nothing in this organisation is to be liked about. All they do is fake promises all the time.

Management sucks and the owner is still blindfolded by the top management because the owner trusts him a lot. No job security as you can be asked to leave anytime as we all 72 employees were asked to leave at once. In order to retain the employees they will give you fake promises of additional incentives but after giving it for a month or two they will stop it again. DM and DGM are random people who do not have any idea how to run the business. No professionalism in the organisation. Quite content with my job role being a Senior Customer Executive. Maintaining good relationships with customers and clients, and making sure to help them with relevant resolutions over their concerns it's what I do on routine basis. Sometimes, yes, it does feel monotonous to work, but that's what the process is all about. There are challenges that keep things interesting through.

Those who've worked here know the company offers great benefits. I've been here for two years and never had issues with taking leave, or even while claiming health insurance when I needed it for my wife treatment. They also support various initiative like Mind meditation camps, education in remote villages, and COVID relief efforts. Thanks to the company for being the best for us and for society.
