Dislikes

Most unprofessional company. They fire employees within one day without any notice period. Worst work environment. Does not recognize your work. Not give the leaves whenever required. If you take paid leaves, they will work on the Saturday and Sunday.no Appraisals. No job security.

Those who've worked here know the company offers great benefits. I've been here for two years and never had issues with taking leave, or even while claiming health insurance when I needed it for my wife treatment. They also support various initiative like Mind meditation camps, education in remote villages, and COVID relief efforts. Thanks to the company for being the best for us and for society.

The positive atmosphere in the workplace keeps everyone happy. Company offer cross-training and learning opportunities for those interested. Salaries are always paid on time. Besides, talking of our HR personnel, they are very cooperative, and follow a robust process. I definitely recommend it to anyone interested.

Work culture works in the favour, freshers have the opportunity to make the most of the learning opportunities and grow, experienced guys can use their existing skills and acquire additional ones, expectations will get fulfilled to a significant extent. Be ready to compromise on a few things. That's all.

They taking org. forward for many years now. Good relation they sharing with the employees. Policies they coming up with are for our benefit. Importance giving to the personal goals of us as well. The mgmt. set the example for us each time. It feel like we working under the capable hands. Good for the career of us.
