Nothing in this organisation is to be liked about. All they do is fake promises all the time.

Management sucks and the owner is still blindfolded by the top management because the owner trusts him a lot. No job security as you can be asked to leave anytime as we all 72 employees were asked to leave at once. In order to retain the employees they will give you fake promises of additional incentives but after giving it for a month or two they will stop it again. DM and DGM are random people who do not have any idea how to run the business. No professionalism in the organisation. The company has use less Deputy Managers who will suck the blood out of you. If you get PL (Paid Leave) they will ask you to compensate it by working on your weekly off. Appraisal is only for 1000/- to 2000/- max. Transport is not free. Salary is paid on 7 of every month. When you start asking question why etc thats it the Deputy managers will start to trouble you. Those who've worked here know the company offers great benefits. I've been here for two years and never had issues with taking leave, or even while claiming health insurance when I needed it for my wife treatment.
