Likes

One manager is good but he doesn't come to the office branch I work .

Dislikes

Don't have any work life balance and the work culture is toxic . People dont respect Seniors and try to degrade them and pull them down . Don't have any empathy for employees , Can't give work from home for even 1 day. We have to take leave according to them

I started my career as CA Inter and qualified CA in this organization. VsolV was always had belief in me and aided my growth as long as I kept their expectations from me is brought to the reality.

Dislikes

Ageism. Imbalance in distribution of work. Equal distribution of salary and other pay although the efforts, contribution and hardwork are clearly visible and distinctive. Some corporate experienced old age brats will keep boasting and pin down mid age and youths idea and efforts without listening except the MD causing hurdles and additional burden for achieving the goals.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
