Unethical. Toxic work environment. Politics played at personal level. Unsafe environment for female staff. People are being bullied. Less salary more work. They expect ppl to work as their slave. Unhygienic work place, setup done in a residential area, which makes it more unsafe for female staff.

After reading all reviews, it is looking like this company is not good to work. But as I personally worked there for 3 years, there are lots of things I like - As a fresher, you are always welcome here. Owner is personally takes a chance to hire fresher and focus on his/ her skills or area of interests. You can get a new role of your choice even after joining in different role based on your opinion and interest. (I started as training coordinator, but I got a chance to work in graphic designer and then project mgt as well.) It helps me a lot in building my career. They rewards you with your efforts in work as well as in curricular activities. Work life balance is main, especially for female employees like me. Safe environment for females There are proper lunch/ tea/ dinner breaks are available. I was giving the interview for a developer role. however I was having less interest in development field. I openly told them and they took it very positively and hired me as project manager. It's all about the first opportunity and to start a career in IT field and many companies doesn't hire freshers. Vsky solution gave me the opportunity and I started my journey. At the beginning of my career my english was terrible. The owner himself takes the initiative and encourage their employees to learn the basics English so they can directly communicate with US clients. I started as a fresher in the organization and worked for 2.5 years, it was a good learning experience. As a beginner, you get a platform to learn and start your career with lots of exposure. Being a US-based company you get well acquainted with overseas customers; if you are in a customer-facing role like a project manager.
