I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I used to work in Real estate department. Not so good management.seniors and superiors. Agent ara not Sl@ves client and managers give the targest which is impossible to achieve and no motivation at work.login hours and logout time we have to ask for and at the end of the shift they take briefings. Most importantly salary didnt come on time.at the time of salary date we has to ask for salary then the HR and manager and client everyone plays blame game.
