I used to work in Real estate department. Not so good management.seniors and superiors. Agent ara not Sl@ves client and managers give the targest which is impossible to achieve and no motivation at work.login hours and logout time we have to ask for and at the end of the shift they take briefings. Most importantly salary didnt come on time.at the time of salary date we has to ask for salary then the HR and manager and client everyone plays blame game. Our manager cooperative behaviour

Praveen sir are very supportive but the salary is very less and they are not providing any appreciation and appraisal for the employees so that employee are not motivated but our manager Praveen sir is very supportive and helping in nature.
