I have worked in viztar for about 1 year. To be frank, i do not recommend anyone to work in this company. After, joining and working in a particular group like FGI, DNB or BGV etc., they put you on bench meaning no work no payment and say that you cannot do well in this group we will shift you in another group although you are doinggreat. And also, after leaving the company you do not get your FNF also. I went to viztar office multiple times but the HR that is Hanif, always says it will be credited to your bank account within days. But nothing happens. Literally,I was going to lodge an FIR for this. So, please do not think to work in this company or do not refer to your friens or relatives also....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
