No there is nothing to talk good about company.only the friends were supportive.

I didn't like the working culture of the company.They never paid anyone on time.i didn't get paid for some days at starting and also my friends didn't get paid.They will never give you experience letter keep in mind.

I have worked in viztar for about 1 year. To be frank, i do not recommend anyone to work in this company. After, joining and working in a particular group like FGI, DNB or BGV etc., they put you on bench meaning no work no payment and say that you cannot do well in this group we will shift you in another group although you are doinggreat. And also, after leaving the company you do not get your FNF also. I went to viztar office multiple times but the HR that is Hanif, always says it will be credited to your bank account within days. I used to work in Real estate department. Not so good management.seniors and superiors. Agent ara not Sl@ves client and managers give the targest which is impossible to achieve and no motivation at work.login hours and logout time we have to ask for and at the end of the shift they take briefings. Most importantly salary didnt come on time.at the time of salary date we has to ask for salary then the HR and manager and client everyone plays blame game. Praveen sir are very supportive but the salary is very less and they are not providing any appreciation and appraisal for the employees so that employee are not motivated but our manager Praveen sir is very supportive and helping in nature.
