The company only requires hard working people as a result they get excellent incentives. Company looks after the employee first and gives free food allowances. Team mates are good and get a proper training.you can also share your views n opinions. Salary and appraisal are best.

Dislikes

Growth is slow as there are less opportunity. Struggle to apply for leave and for appraisal need to wait when the Management decides as we can't ask about incentives or appraisal it totally depends on them.

Terrible Experience working in a company where the boss likes to be Mysterious and doesn't even meet you unless it's for parties. No respect given to women or men employees. If you don't perform well you get verbally Abused. And the company is not registered as well.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
