Mylan and Vitris management is good. But middle management in quality (Site management) is not good , not even know how to speak with employees, always demoralizing the employees by saying such kind of hurting words ( leave the offce like that) other than this everything is good. I think for hardworking employees without reference means they have to face many challenges.

his is just for GIDC division. Work life balance is good, job security until you say your boss "No" for any thing. Less workload.

mandatory 5 days/8 hrs work from office. Strict no WFH. School culture principal vs Students, No clear HR policies, unprofessional & unethical environment.
