The company is on automation mode. Means products are set, no challanges. No one is thinking out of the box. Everyone is in a comfort and thats why people are working hete since long.

Dislikes

Every department is working without proper plan and agenda. HR/ Admin is more concerned about show off more than real problems. Transport busses are very dirty. Food is not good. You have no option other than served food, no packets, no desserts, no cold drinks, nothing other than served food. Environment is like that, Ethical person can't work here.

Work Details

6 days working. 8:30 hrs official hrs. 3:30 hrs travelling. Now you can calculate work and life.

Mylan and Vitris management is good. But middle management in quality (Site management) is not good , not even know how to speak with employees, always demoralizing the employees by saying such kind of hurting words ( leave the offce like that) other than this everything is good.
