Been working with some amazing professionals. Most employees are millenials or Gen Zs. Young people will find likeminded people to work with. Great place for writers to build their writing muscle. Hard work is recognized and rewarded.

Dislikes

Gossips spread too fast here. Two working Saturdays in a Month. Sometimes it's difficult to get leaves. Unexpected workloads can be overwhleming. You might face work burnout. No work from home option available.

Working at Viacon Marketing & Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has been one of the most challenging experiences in my professional career, and not for the right reasons. The organization suffers from a severe lack of professional management and leadership. The HR department, particularly the VP, seems to lack the necessary skills and qualifications to handle their responsibilities effectively. Senior management is equally disconnected from employee concerns, showing little regard for the impact of their decisions on careers. This has created a culture where employees feel undervalued and disrespected. The Director, unfortunately, appears to be either unaware of or indifferent to the issues within the organization. Their failure to address these problems reflects poorly on their leadership and leaves employees feeling hopeless about their future in the company. Adding to the frustration is the behavior of the housekeeping staff, which is far from professional. This lack of basic organizational hygiene contributes to a toxic work environment that hampers productivity and morale. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for career growth or a healthy work environment.
