1. No Hybrid option available. 2. Work not balanced. (sometimes unnecessary work) 3. Have to work on 2 Saturdays. 4. Problem in getting leaves. 5. Too much work pressure in the end of quater. 6. Strict timings. (In and out timings) 7. A bit of favouritism is present here. 8. No Job Security 9. Salary Structure not well 10. Lack of Professionalism

Been working with some amazing professionals. Most employees are millenials or Gen Zs. Young people will find likeminded people to work with. Great place for writers to build their writing muscle. Hard work is recognized and rewarded.

Gossips spread too fast here. Two working Saturdays in a Month. Sometimes it's difficult to get leaves. Unexpected workloads can be overwhleming. You might face work burnout. No work from home option available.
