No positive thing about the company. They only make false promises with people all the time and once you are in with one year bond you will start feeling cheated.

Dislikes

This company is unethical from head to toe. So beware of any career move for such company. Worst work culture and high Unethical behavior. Manager has full control on Appraisal system and policies. HR is mere spectator. They are happy to screw the employee career, even its there fault.Guys, dont join in this organisation especially for freshers. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. Its senior staff is very partial and not at all good as team leader and manager.

Dislikes

Here the team leader listens more to the girls and does not behave properly with the boys and it is the team leader who looks at the girls with dirty eyes.
