They don’t support me when I want to rejoin the company they simply said they we can’t retain you even I had given 100 % for company when I was the part of a team. They don’t want to upgrade technology. They don’t use any coding standards.

They don’t want work other technology they only stick in buyback. If some one want to sitting on same place and don’t think about enhance technical skills. So company for them. So I would suggest you If you want to work in this company so spent only 1 year not more then 1year other wise you will loose your skills.

Office one but department many and they can’t share or exchange their knowledge. This the drop back. So I spent more time in self study. And there was no possibility to implement that learning skills in project.

Fine work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good and give salary on time of every month.

When you are not able to perform upto their mark they'll try to compare you with themselves or others and tell you that we could have done in less time and much better way to do that particular thing. if you are a junior they'll tell that when we were at your position we did this and you couldn't even do that.

In terms of job security, company policies and of course management are wonderful, cooperative. Managers listen to the employees the work-life balance is highly appreciable other than other companies I worked with. Appraisals are fair and they give a good salary and hike bonus.
