Dislikes

Not streamlined the merging process and left with no hikes, instead of prorated hikes. which affects financial necessities of employee. Still the two companies managements are talking legacy language yours and ours company in some accepts.

Nothing to like about this horrible company after merger with stupid wave labs . They don't care what employees want. No hike after merger for 18 months New policies and procedures dosent make any sense .. hr is the worst no support to employee only listen to manager who is part of wavelabs don't even trust wave labs especially who they think they know everything in the world but doesn't know anything Lot of people on bench no projects .. they don't know how to get new projects Worst worst worst company Anyway I got in another company for 80% hike more than 35lpa This company will not survive with out employee support...Read More

Whatever you shown dedication they will not take care. Even you performed well still they will ignore. They will not consider your extra effort when there is situation of layoff. Please don't join this company as there is no policy for job security. Leave policy are bad. UPPER MANAGEMENT IS VERY BAD. THEY DON'T HAVE COURAGE TO SPEAK WITH THE THINGS WHICH ARE NOT GOOD.
