Not streamlined the merging process and left with no hikes, instead of prorated hikes. which affects financial necessities of employee. Still the two companies managements are talking legacy language yours and ours company in some accepts.

Please don't join this company as there is no policy for job security. Leave policy are bad. UPPER MANAGEMENT IS VERY BAD. THEY DON'T HAVE COURAGE TO SPEAK WITH THE THINGS WHICH ARE NOT GOOD.
