Terrible onboarding process, in the face of freshers they want someone who is already perfect in the field, Demotivating and very much time taking hiring process and most of the time they waste the time of the candidate giving them false hopes.

Apart from work company has cultural events time to time there are games in the cafeteria like Table tennis pool game ps5 which you can play and chill.

No proper hierarchy. Director is directly involved in every aspect there must be program manager team lead project leads etc.
