Bond process existed even you have experience. we have to pay 2 months net amount. I have paid nearly about 2 lakhs. This organization management have own Engineering college to get more students, to show many students got recruited in the organizations they are running this organization and their main target is joining students in College not on the Company. No career growth for engineers and managers, reliving process is terrible, no response from the HR team / management while leaving. No proper pay structure, No proper designations assigned based on experience and relevant knowledge. Working in this company is like working for some idiot based company. 3 rd class company. Never never join this company. I would give them ffff grade. No training, peple join and within 10 days they leave the company. Eg 100 people join 99 will leave. If 1 people is staying then he is like a friend of higher management.

It's very nice and learning company for all the employees mostly freshers, one good think is salary on time, some facilities are available, team and team leader was good
