VDA is providing great work culture, It provides time to time grow up training. HR are monthly connect with employees to get all Things compliant. Providing PF, EPIC, Madiclame time to time. Most great things providing Salary On Time. Also have jobs Security.

Dislikes

1) Supervisor are not good with behavior. 2) Too much complex process for Daily Attendence. They ask share attendance What's app, chat, excel, login time log out time. too complex 2) Location HR Are not good they don't provide sufficient help. All way you need to keep contract Central Team. 3) They depend on clients needs and clients demand.

Work policy: As clients want you need to work. VDA have no control over your job role and shift timing.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Nothing if you are at client site. Only Work environment is good .

Dislikes

very hard to communicate with HR. They hardly answer to your response. No proper clarity about client end site.
