Generally speaking about my work daily we receive mails and SR we need to check customers profile then we know about the issue then troubleshoot customer if any mismatch fond then send to concern team

When i joined this company i am a fresher, then it given me good platform to learn this is only the pro about company and it given me work life balance in some cases and remaining all are cons

there is no carer growth in this company and they won't train emploees on new technologies, work is routine and poor, and no increments
