I got to learn many more new things while working with vashishtha Exports. We get to deal directly with our clients for orders and projects.

Dislikes

There is less of growth in career and the mangement does not address our isSues at any point.

Work Details

Working at vashishtha was interesting as we used to work within a team. I struggle a bit at the beginning but, due new challenges everytime I got to know better way of work.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
