There's nothing to like really. It's the most toxic workplaces I've ever seen. People there are so unprofessional. If you like the workplace you're one of the devils.

The CEO is the worst of them all, not professional at all. He will fire you whenever he pleases. He is such a bully and an insecure person. He is the making the workplace so toxic. And he will pay you least money as possible and make you work double.

Everyone is supportive towards more and more learning. One can be open about what they want to convey be it work related or personal. The work environment is quite transparent and employees are also keen learners. Very good company in terms of learning and innovation.

Dislikes

Being a start up, its doing more than expected. Still in near future, the company has to be more into employee satisfaction.
