I like working at vap group for a few reasons. Firstly, the people here are nice and helpful, especially the HR department. They work as a team, making coming to work easy. Secondly, the boss is a good listener. He likes to hearing our ideas, and that's cool because it makes us feel like we can be creative. Lastly, they care about us having a good balance between work and life. They know it's important, and they let us have some flexibility. This helps me do well in my job and enjoy my personal life. Everything. This company has no future. It took them 11 years to implement HRMIS. CEO has no clue what he wants to do and he believes in problem solving by hiring people at VP and BU Head level and then they don’t have a free hand to make any decisions. Recruiter as paid peanuts as incentive, AM’s don’t have a incentive structure. There are no clients. There are reqs which the recruiter has worked for 6 months. No new business.
