Honestly, there's not much to dislike. The workload can get heavy at times, especially during peak seasons, but with a well-organized approach, it's manageable.

I have got a couple of colleagues I had bonded with, that's all there was to like about VAP.

The company's culture is toxic enough to be confined like a prison. You have to report for every minute in that 9 hours job. I have always been wishing for clock to strike 6 or sometimes (06:05 because I took the lunch break 5 minutes longer) and rush back to my home. The company calls itself a digital marketing company but makes you work for a in-house dud project

I've had the opportunity to work in industry that's constantly evolving. VAP provides a dynamic and fast-paced environment which keeps things exciting. Organizing events in the web3 space has allowed me to collaborate with innovative minds and stay ahead of emerging trends.

Dislikes

Tight deadlines, but they're manageable due to this fast-paced industry.

Culture at VAP Group has changed in recent months. CEO Vishal is now thankless. Leadership under Manager Harsh Chauhan has made it difficult for a person to work. There is no scope of exploring different areas. Salary only increases 1-2 times in 3 years after which you are either asked to resign or kicked out brutally.
