I'll try to be as authentic and genuine enabling you to decide better. I would recommend trying to have your communication skills on point and document everything that has been promised, accounting for the miscommunication from the mid-level management at times. The company culture is decent. However, if you are a person who's clear, loud, and has a say, you're gonna be pushed down by mid-management most of the time. However, I see that changing with the right HR in place now, doesn't seem like a problem anymore. Being a legacy company, the mindsets would be tough for you at times but easier to ignore mostly. If you are fun-loving person - Games, Laughter, Fun, Party/DJ Nights etc. is a rare sight here. No fun Fridays either, if any has a learning purpose behind it. I have got a couple of colleagues I had bonded with, that's all there was to like about VAP.
Dislikes
The company's culture is toxic enough to be confined like a prison. You have to report for every minute in that 9 hours job. I have always been wishing for clock to strike 6 or sometimes (06:05 because I took the lunch break 5 minutes longer) and rush back to my home. The company calls itself a digital marketing company but makes you work for a in-house dud project

Culture at VAP Group has changed in recent months. CEO Vishal is now thankless. Leadership under Manager Harsh Chauhan has made it difficult for a person to work. There is no scope of exploring different areas. Salary only increases 1-2 times in 3 years after which you are either asked to resign or kicked out brutally.
