I like working at vap group for a few reasons. Firstly, the people here are nice and helpful, especially the HR department. They work as a team, making coming to work easy. Secondly, the boss is a good listener. He likes to hearing our ideas, and that's cool because it makes us feel like we can be creative. Lastly, they care about us having a good balance between work and life. They know it's important, and they let us have some flexibility. This helps me do well in my job and enjoy my personal life. I like working at vap group, and even though no job is perfect. Every job has its ups and downs, but I want to focus on the good things about my job and how I can help my team. I think it's better to be positive and try to find solutions when there are problems.

Learning opportunity as there are inhouse projects to work upon, got to know things that were new for me, experiment was something that I got approval do test on. Supporting staff and good managers.

I have been part of the company starting as tl, then multiple promotions. It was good to gain the knowledge everyday as there are challenges of all types. handling toxic people to getting motiviated by the CEO. The company is growing everyday and the benefits are share to the employees in the same way.

Overall, Vishal Sir has set an excellent example of how a business can be both successful and ethical. Their commitment to values, employee relations, and the exit process is commendable. I'll try to be as authentic and genuine enabling you to decide better. I would recommend trying to have your communication skills on point and document everything that has been promised, accounting for the miscommunication from the mid-level management at times. The company culture is decent. However, if you are a person who's clear, loud, and has a say, you're gonna be pushed down by mid-management most of the time. However, I see that changing with the right HR in place now, doesn't seem like a problem anymore. Being a legacy company, the mindsets would be tough for you at times but easier to ignore mostly. If you are fun-loving person - Games, Laughter, Fun, Party/DJ Nights etc. is a rare sight here. No fun Fridays either, if any has a learning purpose behind it.
