I've had the opportunity to work in industry that's constantly evolving. VAP provides a dynamic and fast-paced environment which keeps things exciting. Organizing events in the web3 space has allowed me to collaborate with innovative minds and stay ahead of emerging trends.

Tight deadlines, but they're manageable due to this fast-paced industry.

Working with VAP was a complete package of experience, starting from building teams for all the new locations.

Dislikes

Can not call that a con, but challenge was to find people that fits with company's requirements, as they work in web3, there is a limited market to explore.

Terrible company with terrible practices. Company has no idea about its growth and the ceo is making zero efforts to make employees feel safe and proud. Funds and money issues with the company. HR is a puppet of the ceo. Everybody thinks they are someone and if you are not in the good books of favourite people of the ceo then no oneis more incompetent than you are. Very bad unethical way of business working with zero feeling for making employees feel like robots as it flows from the ceo and top. No one is interested to do anything good but just keep working on things which do not matter like not allowing to work from home when in need and questioning every single activity you do without giving any freedom. Too much of micromanagement as the ceo doesn’t understand how businesses with such number of employees are run....Read More
