Head - Business Operations - Global IT Staffing Firm (10-13 yrs)

About the Role:.

We are looking for a strong leader to oversee the P&L of our global IT staffing business.

This role will focus on business development, recruitment delivery, and team management across regions.

What you will deliver:

- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth in IT staffing services, targeting sectors like web3 and AI.

- Set team goals, KPIs, and oversee performance to boost revenue.

- Expand operations across US, EMEA, and APAC regions.

- Lead and train a team of recruiters, business developers, and account managers to deliver exceptional client and candidate service.

- Build strong client relationships and tailor staffing solutions to their needs.

- Identify IT industry trends and adjust services accordingly.

- Oversee all business operations from development to candidate delivery, ensuring efficiency.

- Monitor performance metrics and collaborate across departments to improve staffing solutions.

Must Haves for the Role:
