Our SDR team plays a crucial role in driving the growth of both these verticals by generating leads and setting the stage for successful client engagements.
Position Overview:
- As the Sales Development Manager (SDM), you will lead and inspire our team of SDRs across three time zones.
- Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the SDR team is highly effective in generating qualified leads that convert into closed deals.
- You will also play a critical role in the strategic planning and execution of sales initiatives, aiming to exceed quarterly goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor, and motivate the SDR team across multiple time zones.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
- Monitor SDR performance metrics and provide regular coaching and feedback to drive improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on goals and optimize the sales funnel.
- Ensure that the SDR team is equipped with the necessary tools, training, and resources to succeed.
- Report on SDR team performance and make data-driven recommendations to senior management.
- Lead by example by occasionally participating in outreach activities to stay connected with the market.
Requirements:
- Proven minimum 3-5 years experience in a sales management role, particularly within the crypto or digital marketing industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a remote team across different time zones.
- Strong knowledge of Crypto/Blockchain/Web3 Space is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of sales metrics and KPIs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
