...job security, no learning, pathetic management. Calling people to work in Covid. If you are 5 mins late they will cut your salary for half day. Feel like working in school. You have to do lunch & take break in their specified time only. My team lead used to sit adjacent to me & keep looking at my screen to see what I am working on. Very unprofessional behaviour. Dont know how to talk to girls.

There is no benefit. I would request all even if you don't have a job please do not apply here. It's based on micro-management. The director doesn't care about the employees. All benefits are given if only you are a south Indian. They'll be very sweet when they'll hire you but after that you'll feel like you are in jail.You cannot access your phones as they should be kept in lockers. Very bad break timings. The director just does what 2 'experienced persons' tell him. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE LEAVE. No documents are given.

Less Lunch Break, Loss of Pay, Saturday working, Mobile phone not allowed inside office, you cant take any Leaves, Incentives Politics, Worst Management, I have seen so many Employees, Team Leads, Manager fired. Only one rules Hire and Fire. What ever management say we have to say same Yes or No.Full of bossism and Head-weight, ego.
