I like working at vap group for a few reasons. Firstly, the people here are nice and helpful, especially the HR department. They work as a team, making coming to work easy. Secondly, the boss is a good listener. He likes to hearing our ideas, and that's cool because it makes us feel like we can be creative. I have got a couple of colleagues I had bonded with, that's all there was to like about VAP.
Dislikes
The company's culture is toxic enough to be confined like a prison. You have to report for every minute in that 9 hours job. I have always been wishing for clock to strike 6 or sometimes (06:05 because I took the lunch break 5 minutes longer) and rush back to my home. The company calls itself a digital marketing company but makes you work for a in-house dud project

Culture at VAP Group has changed in recent months. CEO Vishal is now thankless. Leadership under Manager Harsh Chauhan has made it difficult for a person to work. There is no scope of exploring different areas. Salary only increases 1-2 times in 3 years after which you are either asked to resign or kicked out brutally.
