Micro Management on status updates, Worst place to start career as fresher, Do not follow scrum estimates/work given on daily basis without estimates, Office politics are on whole different level, Work for 14-15 hours to complete daily tasks, Tech lead do not assist the team and work in dictatorship mode. Better join tier 1 MNC’s like tcs cts infy Wipro for proper work life balance

They just do politics and they promote only their puppets. If you want to survive here you must have political skills or delivery managers blessings. You have to work more than 12 hours still you can’t guarantee your job or hikes
