The team that work in is awesome. Great team assistance. Teammates so supportive. Always helps me out even if I do any mistakes in my work.

Dislikes

If you are given any work then you must complete it even you have some personal problem. It depends on your team tho. They are strict when it comes to work with put understanding our problem. This happened only few times with me. This is the only dislike. Rest all is awesome

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Good colleagues compared to other service based companies like wipro,TechM. If we are lucky we get good client. Adapts new technologies and innovations. Work life balance depends on project. 6 months hike, but last appraisal was a blast.

Dislikes

Limited scope for Devops related jobs. If working mainly on Testing/web development it's good. Too much Fixed salary and so more income tax deduction.

Dislikes

No safety for women working in late evening. No work life balance. On weekends also manager will ask to come to office for work. Manager will ask female employees to work till late evening in the office and they are not concern about the safety and security of female staff. Lots of office politics very toxic environment to work.
