Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. Payment wise it’s really good, competitive package, variable pay is more than 100%

Dislikes

Work life balance is shattered, we have worked most of the weekends and late nights in last one year. Employees will not get the respect and value for the hard work but you will pushed to a corner if you get any escalation. Most of the projects have aggressive timelines and it’s very hard to catch up if you lost even couple of weeks
