I didnt like anytging about this company . There management is ridiculous .they just treat freshers as terrible workers.

They first of all hire then when they get to know that their headcount is getting high they just fire you on no basis by saying that your quality is not up to mark. But the real thing is they keeps onfiring persons ....they fires whole team....during my month duration they fired 3 teams.....no job security is there ......they just hire freshers and after getting there work done they force you to resign. shifts can be changed anytime for wfo only.your opinion does not matter.and targets are pretty high for new joiners as they would take atleast 6 months to achieve them.these targets increase drastically.they think its easy to do but generally its easy for them only(managers) as they are experienced.
