Worst culture, no work life balance, no sick leave and don't get sick on friday or monday because they will cut ur money considering it as unplanned u have to plan that u are getting sick 🙂 If u take leave on Friday or monday ur salary will affect also they consider sat sunday as leaves

i had applied through referral . Wegot invite for interview in office .there were 3 Rounds of interview process such as aptitude, technical, HR round. Then i got offer in 2 -3 days .Joining process was smooth and quick .on Joining day we were provided an company laptop . V2STech has provided me ample opportunities to learn and implement new technologies. Got good exposure to working with web development and design platforms. There is focus on learning and self-development through Saturday activities. Exposure to projects is also good through international projects. I have also been given chance to interact with international customers directly.

Dislikes

Work hours would get extended sometimes during project delivery. It has improved since introduction of Scrum.
