i had applied through referral . Wegot invite for interview in office .there were 3 Rounds of interview process such as aptitude, technical, HR round. Then i got offer in 2 -3 days .Joining process was smooth and quick .on Joining day we were provided an company laptop . As fresher there is 4 month training process and trainer provided by company is well experienced trainer and trainer was well versed with technology . and also all seniors are cooperative and approchable for us , company have lot of extra curricular activities for teams and small celebrations...Read More

i had applied from social media and got a call for an interview in office.there are few rounds like apptitude, coding and hr round. then i got a response within 2 days and i was selected.As a fresher we are getting training for 4 months.trainer was too good with tech knowledge.work culture is also good

continues hiring and firing is there in the company if you want to ruin your career you can join this company. management and managers in this company don't know how to handle the client and project and put pressure on the team to complete the project with giving them clear idea about the project I was in depression the period I work for this company .Too much micro-management - company owner wants to get in each and everything unnecessary They don't have any technical knowledge, but they still think they know everything. they fool freshers with 2 years of bond and outoff which 1 year is probation. Employees that are working in the company are the people how are good in licking management boot, good in doing office politics and freshers with bond. They give peject deadlines to clients. even if there are now resources for that project and put pressure on employees to complete the project with unrealistic deadlines....Read More

Decent work culture and working hours. not a lot of stress. Get to learn a lot of new things very friendly, casual and easy going worklife.

Dislikes

There was a bit o miscommunication between HR coordinator and HR executive during the hiring process. Could use a personal workspace with less distraction. Always have to shift from one place to another. Lots of team building exercises.

I have been working with V2STech for the past one year. I could say overall the company and the management are good. They try to follow and implement industry standards in every practice. I was assigned on a project almost immediately after joining. The joining process is also smooth and HR team was always in touch with me. Accessories like laptop etc were provided before my joining date. The work and personal life balance is also good. Employees are encouraged to learn and adapt new skills and technologies which I found to be good. Employees have flexibility to work from home or you can come to office if you want.
