Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the product.
- Highlight key features and benefits to generate interest.
- Qualify leads and update CRM with accurate details.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Follow up on leads to maintain engagement and interest.
- Share product brochures, videos, and promotional materials.
- Maintain daily call logs and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies.
Must Have
- 1+ year experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (SaaS preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, or local languages.
- Proficient in CRM and office tools.
